The position is responsible for providing data operational support and problem solving assistance to the sales teams. Works with internal and external customers to enhance processes. Supports systems and process development activities. Ensure the compliance to corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines.
SKILLS:
Skills/Experience Requirements Demonstrates expertise in utilizing, developing and maintaining technical tools within the Customer Master Data Management function. Familiar with Sales Force Automation tools. Identifies and recommends ways to improve use of tools. Demonstrates expertise in using Excel and Access, creating queries and macros. At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical industry. Ability to analyze large amount of data, draw conclusions and provide actionable information in appropriate format. Maintains and updates knowledge of the organization's business rules and processes as they change. Make process improvements within own scope and cross-functionally. Utilizes analytical and critical thinking skills to efficiently and effectively resolve issues. Shares best practices with peers and management. Clear and concise written and verbal communications to customers, peers and management. Effectively prioritizes and adjusts projects and tasks to meet changing business needs, dynamic working environment and customer's expectations. Seeks management's direction when priorities conflict with objectives. Proactively identifies, leverages and shares best practices and lessons learned with peers to enhance process/business success.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
