Requires 2-3 years in small claims litigation in both Cook and Lake Counties.
Represent a real estate developer in various aspects of the law.
Knowledge of municipal and construction law helpful.
Work primarily from your own computer as most court hearings are held on zoom.
Compensated at $30.
00 hour plus reimbursement of malpractice insurance and if the case goes to trial and I prevail you'll receive up to $250.
