THE REQUIREMENTS To ride the wave as a Customer Service Rep - Scheduler at Kern Heating & Cooling, you'll need:
Excellent customer service skills Ability to professionally address customer issues and concerns HVAC experience would be a plus.
Knowledge about ServiceTitan dispatch software would also be beneficial.
SCHEDULE AND LOCATION You'll be riding the good vibes with a full-time gig, Monday to Friday.
