We are looking for a Front Desk Agent, Night Audit 11pm-7am to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
We are looking for 4 overnights 11pm-7am per week and possibly one 3pm-11 shift.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, providing information about the hotel and its services, and handling any complaints or issues that may arise.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
There is a $300 sign on bonus for this position after 90 days.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer inquiries from guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and other information.
Provide information about local attractions, directions, and transportation options.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs in accordance with hotel policies and procedures.
Process payments for services rendered.
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
