Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, and shipping of products.
The Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring accuracy of shipments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Description The successful candidate will supervise all aspects of Fulfillment and mailing distribution.
Supervises, motivates, and supports the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication.
The supervisor ensures overall customer satisfaction and quality service by establishing and maintaining effective communication with employees and clients.
Daily oversight and technical support for mail/fulfillment related issues; such as conducting production meetings for new projects or production changes producing written reports of various assessments within department protocol.
Responsibilities and Duties:
General and Administrative:
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the company's commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals.
Supervise the Fulfillment Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
Comply with all OSHA safety requirements.
Communicate effectively with the Fulfillment Manager.
Constantly seek to acquire new skills or to find ways to improve existing skills.
Production Operations:
Coordinate inbound and out bound distribution activities for all shifts.
Coordinate hand working projects.
Coordinate material flow from other departments.
Makes recommendations to Fulfillment Manager regarding staffing, promotions, and discipline and participates in the Performance Reviews.
Provides timely communications to Fulfillment Manager and / or Sales Reps and CSR's regarding progress of jobs.
Responsible for quality control and continuous improvement.
Provides training and supervision to fulfillment staff.
Troubleshoot production problems.
Understand all machine capabilities.
