The Communication Specialist will aid in the development of professional, executive-level PowerPoint presentations incorporating simple and creative graphics.
Examples of deliverables include end user emails, SharePoint site development, success stories/wins, executive summaries and presentations, project status updates, news articles, short posts, video scripts, digital signage, and physical posters/banners.
Communication Specialist Requirements:
Ability to write, edit, and develop engaging and visually appealing communications in support of projects targeting business colleagues using simple and succinct language to describe technical changes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with and influence coworkers, project team members, and various levels across the organization, including executives.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented team player who is also flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.
Ability to adapt communication style, techniques or methods to meet end user needs, observe and interpret behavioral cues, listen with empathy to understand users frame of reference, coach and provide feedback.
Experience developing and issuing communications using email delivery platforms such as Staffbase (Bananatag) preferred.
Degree and/or experience in communications or journalism a plus.
Communication Specialist ResponsibilitiesThe Communication Specialist will utilize standard IT communication templates and processes for deploying global communications.
Ensure all communication deliverables are aligned with branding guidelines; format, organize, and package communication assets prior to delivery.
The Specialist will also collaborate with Change Management Practitioners, Instructional Designers and other Communication specialists on various projects to share best practices.
The Communications Specialist will utilize established Change Management logs and status reports to document work and productivity.
They will work with the manager of Change Management to identify and pursue related initiatives that will improve internal communications, promote employee engagement, and support/promote company culture and shared values.
This role reports to the Change Management Manager and will attend regular staff and one-on-one meetings, and all project meetings as required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
