Summary:
As a Discharge Registered Nurse you will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education of assigned patients.
Administer urgent care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
Assess the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patient's family/significant others.
Comply with CLIA Standards.
Maintain accurate patient medical records.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse in Illinois.
Associates in Nursing, BSN preferred.
BLS/CPR.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Recommended Skills Basic Life Support Certified Nurse Practitioner Health Care Medical Records Nursing Psychology Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
