The Josselyn Center team is growing! We are seeking Master's Level Therapists (and beyond!) to join our team! We are working to bring quality, comprehensive mental health care to as many people as possible, especially those traditionally underserved.

Josselyn is a not-for-profit mental health care provider treating clients from more than 90 communities across northern Cook and Lake counties, with a sliding fee scale.
Our comprehensive services include:
outpatient therapy, psychiatry (including tele-psychiatry), case management, supported employment, wellness, outreach and education, family resources, a therapeutic summer day camp, and a new Intensive Outpatient Program We partner with such entities as Rush University Medical Center, Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital, College of Lake County, IL Dept of Human Services, Cook County, and many local municipalities and community based organizations.

ROLEThe Josselyn Center is looking for a Therapists that possesses strong clinical skills, is a creative problem solver and has a passion for the mental health field.
A successful therapist will be extremely organized, be oriented towards supporting clients and delivering strong clinical care, provide thoughtful conclusions and suggestions, be thorough with documentation and be a strong team player.
Provides Therapy, Counseling and Crisis Intervention to Clients and their Families Creates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date) Case management Client centered consultation with community providers Attendance and participation at clinical presentations Use of supervision or consultation when required or need BenefitsEmployees have the opportunity for ongoing professional development including individual clinical supervision and 3 group supervisions, a clinical training coordinator that creates and presents 10 CEU workshops per year for Josselyn employees, a comprehensive benefits package that includes 5 weeks of PTO for full time employees.
Requirements:
Master's Degree counseling, social work or family/marriage counseling (MA in Counseling, MSW, MFT, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT licenses are preferred) Experience in mental health counseling preferred Ind2 Recommended Skills Licensed Marriage And Family Therapist (Lmft) Licensed Professional Counselor (Lpc) Radiation Treatment Planning Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Lcsw) Substance Abuse Counseling Community Mental Health Services Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
