Responsibilities:
As the Nursing Services Director, you will supervise all nursing staff.
You will plan, develop, organize, and implement the day-to-day functions of the nursing department.
You will oversee the nursing department schedule and staffing requirements.
You will oversee department budgets.
You will communicate with doctors, consumers, and family members about the consumers' medical health.
You will implement new procedures and train nursing department members on policies and procedures.
You will work in collaboration with the mental health team in the formulation of an interdisciplinary treatment plan, which shall include identification of nursing care needs.
Nursing Services Director
Qualifications:
2 years experience as a Nursing Service Director in a specialized menatal health rehabilitaion facility or a DON/ADON in long-term care, preferred.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois in good standing.
Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare).
Ability to build rapport with consumers, family, and staff.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
