Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service; Monitor the maintenance schedule of all equipment and order repairs as needed; Assist with training of employees and keep them informed of all company, state, and federal policies and regulations; Assist with the scheduling of all count team employees and work times to maximize work load; Assist in the collection and processing of tables and slot drops as needed; Familiarity and adherence with the regulations of the Illinois Gaming/Tax Commission as well as internal policies and procedures relating to tables, slot, and count drops; Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
