Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of all system integrations. Serve as a technical expert to monitor, maintain issues/resolution, and report on integration transactions and processing. Responsible for managing the day-to-day integration jobs, including system administration, new software upgrades, minor enhancements, defect fixes, and working with 3rd party vendors for support. Provide input to system tuning opportunities, dashboard reporting capabilities, as well as capacity planning and management.
Responsibilities Maintain existing production integrations by resolving problems, planning for new software releases, managing multiple environments, implementing performance improvements and responding to client inquiries. Conduct performance monitoring as needed; install, test and upgrade releases and associated products. Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and System Architect to ensure the technical solutions meet business requirements and convert requirements into technical specifications when needed. Provides level-2 support, including incident handling, problem resolution, and Break/Fix. Ensure proper hardware and software maintenance is performed. (operating system, system utilities, security tools, monitoring tools, tuning tools). Provide change management, including installation qualification & operational qualification, and configuration management. Provide development and maintenance of system documentation (technical, operations, support and user). Manage relationships with IT Peers, as well as Business Users, and manage technical deliverables of 3rd party vendors. Analyze, evaluate, and create integration impact assessments/technical requirements based upon new user and end point application functional requirements. Where applicable, investigate and qualify potential areas in which to introduce Web services. SKILLS:
Skills/Experience Requirements Demonstrated knowledge for evaluating and implementing solutions that require the interfacing of multiple systems. Strong project and time management skills. Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to build complex SQL queries and provide suggestions on new development opportunities. In-depth knowledge on system architecture. Ability to understand the impact of business processes on overall system performance and make improvement recommendations. Experience with monitoring/tuning tools. Strong background in the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of a COTS systems, Saas, as well as Linux database experience. Ability to write technical specifications and Visio workflows to communicate integration points. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple modules being developed/enhanced at the same time. Experience tracking, managing and resolving issues in an expedient manner. Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills as this person will be working directly with individuals across technical support groups, and business operations groups. Ensures Integrations follow best practices, methodologies, and Enterprise level compliance standards.Minimum Education/Experience Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/4-6 years experience. Skills in Web-based software support, working primarily in C# and Java is preferred. Experience implementing Web Services using SOAP and/or REST, as well as using existing Web services is preferred. Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining software releases. Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience. Good technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards. Working technical experience with relational database models. Strong knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies. Direct, hands-on experience with web service development and support. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing network infrastructure, systems and software throughout the enterprise. Ensure that any new software integration into the organization systems meets functional requirements, system compliance, and other specifications. Field incoming problem tickets and help desk calls from end users to resolve application and software issues. Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes. A minimum of 5 years of experience developing, monitoring and supporting system integrations.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
