Location: 2400 Belvidere Road, Waukegan 60085 Hours: Mon., 730am-11:30am, Tues., 8am-1pm Wed., 7:30am-12noon Fri.-12:30noon-5pm, Sat 8am-5pm
Summary:
Greets clients and answers incoming phone calls. Makes appointment for clients. Registers clients and enters data into computer systems. Interview clients regarding financial arrangements for payment, calculates sliding fee eligibility based on client income and enters patient charges appropriately. Collects payment for visits and make receipts and balances cash boxes. Assists with maintaining patient records. Assists with the filing and pulling of patient records for clinics. Maintains office material inventory i.e.; office supplies and all pertaining forms for intake and exit. Handles telephone inquiries, makes appropriate referrals or appointments to specific Lake County Health Department programs or other agencies. Assists clinic area with record keeping statistics and reports to include any specialized report required by program areas or funding sources. Performs verbal language interpretation and written language translation services as needed.

Education and Qualification:
A high school diploma, or GED equivalent and one year of office experience
